Dutch NCSC Takes Website Offline Over PHP Flaws

The Dutch National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) has taken NCSC.nl offline temporarily as a precaution over vulnerabilities in PHP, the server-side scripting language, according to a notice dated 21 October 2026.
