Rivian founder and leader RJ Scaringe said at TechCrunch Disrupt that cars that drive themselves could look very different from the rugged SUVs and trucks Rivian builds now. Beyond its next R2 and R3 models, vehicles people own but never have to steer allow fresh thinking on shape and layout, like a small living room on wheels.
