Immigration Officer Borrowed Wife's Police Account to Look Up Drivers

Immigration agent Tyler Harpe made 983 lookups on 97 car plates using wife Amber Harpe's Savannah police account for Flock, street cameras that record license plates. Almost all plates belonged to Hispanic drivers. Savannah police do not share that information with immigration officers. Both called it strictly police work, and Tyler said each person was an immigration target.
