Luxon and Hipkins won't promise coalition deal by Christmas

National leader Christopher Luxon and Labour leader Chris Hipkins have refused to set a deadline for coalition talks. Luxon told RNZ's Morning Report he hopes for a deal before Christmas, but said it will take as long as it takes. Hipkins said a deal before Christmas is a priority but he cannot guarantee it.
