
Amazon gave Labor $33,000 just before $2bn secret computers deal
Amazon paid $33,000 to federal Labor on 26 June. Eight days later the Albanese government announced a $2 billion contract with Amazon's tech arm, AWS, for three locked-down computer storehouses for spy-agency files. Official donation records show a second $33,000 less than six weeks later. That timing proves nothing. But it will raise eyebrows.
