India's Capital Closed Ahead of Youth Protest Over Voting Lists

Delhi was closed off ahead of an Oct. 10 protest against the head of India's elections. Tens of thousands of police and security officers were sent in. A youth group called the Cockroach Janta Party organized it over names being removed from voting lists, and hoped thousands would come to New Delhi.
