Delhi Sealed Off Ahead of Youth Protest Against Election Chief

Delhi was sealed off ahead of an Oct. 10 protest against India's election chief. Tens of thousands of security forces were deployed. The Cockroach Janta Party, a youth movement, called the demonstration over cuts to the voter roll and hoped to draw thousands to New Delhi.
