Trump Picks Katie Zacharia to Speak for the White House

Donald Trump has picked conservative commentator Katie Zacharia to speak for him to reporters as White House press secretary, a White House official said Oct. 9. The New York Times first reported it. Zacharia previously spoke for Homeland Security and advised Trump Media. She would replace Karoline Leavitt. It is unclear if she accepted.
