South Korea says it will act if its fuel illegally went to Russia

On Oct. 8, South Korea's Foreign Ministry said it will punish illegal fuel shipments to Russia if proven, but has not confirmed its diesel reached Russia. Adviser Vladyslav Vlasiuk claims 176,000 tonnes arrived in July-August on blocked ships dodging rules. Seoul says normal diesel and plane fuel are not on its do-not-sell list for Russia, like a store ban.
