ACT promises tax back on all charity donations

ACT leader David Seymour has promised people could get tax back on all charity donations, like a refund with no upper limit. Speaking on 6 October, previewing the party's spending and tax plan, he said the tax rules should encourage gifts to cancer care and medical research, not cut off help at a set level.
