Kosovo Still Has No President After Disrupted Vote

Kosovo still has no president after too few lawmakers showed up to vote on Oct. 5. Police used tear gas and water cannon on protesters who want changes to the law for the Hague court that tries war crimes. The job has been empty since April. If lawmakers cannot agree, a new election will likely happen Nov. 15.
