HBO Max and Paramount Plus to Become One App

Paramount will put HBO Max and Paramount Plus together into one streaming app — one place to watch both libraries — as part of its $110 billion purchase of Warner Bros. Discovery. The new combined company will be named Skydance. The change will happen slowly over time. Paramount shared the plan on Oct. 6, 2026.
