Paramount to Merge HBO Max and Paramount Plus Into Single Skydance Service

Paramount will unify HBO Max and Paramount Plus into one streaming service under its $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. The combined company will operate as Skydance, which says unification will occur over time. The plan was detailed Oct. 6, 2026.
