Seniors on Medicare to get one-time $90 check

About 20.8 million people on Medicare will get a one-time $90 payment, President Donald Trump announced, according to Oct. 5 reporting. The Medicare Improvement Fund Premium Rebate arrives in October 2026 to help pay Part B premiums — the monthly fee for doctor care. Seniors can call 1-800-MEDICARE to check eligibility.
