Israel Starts Construction at Old West Bank Water Pool

Israel has begun construction and repair work at Herod's Pool, a very old water storage pool in the occupied West Bank, land under Israeli military control, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich announced. He promised more than 3 million shekels, almost $1m, in June to tighten Israel's grip on historic places. I'll be watching who gets access and who runs it.
