Tool removes Apple's built-in AI to free storage on Macs
A free typed-command tool called RemoveMacAI, shared openly on GitHub by omlahore, deletes the files behind Apple's AI features from macOS 27, the latest Mac system, to free about 12GB of storage. It switches off Siri, writing help, emoji creation, image creation, ChatGPT connection and summaries, stops them reinstalling, and can undo the change or check progress.
