A $25.1bn plan for cheaper groceries

Former Greens MP Max Chandler-Mather wants a $25.1bn five-year plan to make Coles and Woolworths sell 200-plus stores. They'd become Fair Go Grocers, a chain running at cost, not for profit. The Greens Institute plan would build 424 more shops to cover one in five grocery sales. Good luck getting that through the Senate.
