Greens promise free rides for some, $2 for rest
The Green Party says buses and trains would be free for children, students, apprentices, Community Service Card holders on low incomes, and Total Mobility users needing assisted travel, RNZ reported. Everyone else would pay $2 at most. The party says its full transport plan would cost about $23.9 billion.
