AP and CNN, citing sources, named the suspected second pilot on Flydubai Flight FZ1073 as Hamam al-Hammami from Oman. The Wall Street Journal, citing unnamed sources, says Oman had earlier stopped him flying over concerns about extreme ideas. He allegedly attacked the captain with an axe Wednesday on the Dubai to Tel Aviv flight with 174 aboard.
