Latvia Votes to Pick Its Leaders

Latvians voted Oct. 3. Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs' United List party is polling about 20% and expected to get the most votes. Kulbergs became leader in May after his predecessor resigned when stray drones from Ukraine crossed in. Even winning most votes means he must team up with others to control parliament, the Saeima, keeping defence and Ukraine plans steady.
