Why US walking robots are stuck and pricey

The U.S. is struggling to build walking, human-like robots such as Apollo, MarketWatch reported Oct. 2. The problem is actuators — like muscles and joints that let robots move — which are hard to find from American makers. I expect that shortage to keep each robot expensive until more are made to sell.
