Prime Minister's office says Man City should be punished if they broke rules

A spokesperson for Prime Minister Andy Burnham said Manchester City should face consequences if found guilty. The Premier League, which runs England's top football competition, said the club systematically broke its rules for nearly a decade. It followed Mr Burnham saying he would be really concerned to lose them over the owners.
