
U.S. Says Five Working for Russia Planned Attacks on Critics
The U.S. Justice Department says five people working for Russia's leaders planned to hurt or kill Russians who criticize Moscow or switched sides, in the U.S. and other countries. It says their group, the RIS Network, has been active since at least 2024. Police have not yet caught any of the five.
