PM worried if Man City's owners sell up

Prime Minister Andy Burnham said he would be 'really concerned' if Manchester City's owners from Abu Dhabi sold the club. The BBC reported his words on 30 September. Mr Burnham said he will not get involved. A day earlier, on 29 September, the Premier League said independent judges had found the club guilty of breaking serious money rules.
