Pentagon Removes Question for Americans Abroad Who Never Lived in U.S.

The Pentagon in late August sent in new versions of two federal voting forms for Americans abroad that removed the box for U.S. citizens who have 'never lived in the United States.' The forms, run by its voting assistance program, let service members, families and overseas citizens sign up and ask for ballots, NPR reported Sept. 30.
