
Pentagon Removes 'Never Lived in U.S.' Option From Overseas Voting Forms
The Pentagon in late August submitted revisions to two federal absentee-voting forms that removed the checkbox for overseas U.S. citizens who have "never lived in the United States." The forms, run through its voting assistance program, are used by military members, families and overseas citizens to register and request ballots, NPR reported Sept. 30.
