Who Won Morocco's Election and What Happens Next

Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri's Authenticity and Modernity Party won 97 of 395 seats in Morocco's Sept. 23 House of Representatives election, the vote for parliament. To lead alone it would need 198, like half plus one. After King Mohammed VI chose her as prime minister, she must team up with other parties to form a government.
