Morocco's PAM wins 97 of 395 seats, needs coalition to govern

Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri's Authenticity and Modernity Party won 97 of 395 seats in Morocco's September 23 House of Representatives election. With 198 seats needed for outright majority, she must negotiate coalition partners to form a government after King Mohammed VI appointed her prime minister.
