Burnham promises care support plan for next election

Reuters reported Prime Minister Andy Burnham said in Liverpool on 27 September the next election would be about social care, the help older and disabled people get with daily life. He pledged to set out plans to tackle the crisis. He was speaking at Labour's yearly members' meeting, which runs to 30 September.
