Russia Attacks Odesa Shipping Area, Hurting at Least Eight

Russia attacked port buildings and other places in Odesa overnight into 29 September 2026, hurting at least eight, governor Oleh Kiper reported. Emergency crews were helping, and the hurt were getting medical care. Odesa's ports are like Ukraine's main doorway for goods leaving and help arriving, so repeated attacks make supply moves and sky protection harder before winter.
