Russian Strike on Odesa Ports Injures at Least Eight

Russia struck port infrastructure and other sites in Odesa overnight into 29 September 2026, injuring at least eight, regional governor Oleh Kiper reported. Rescue and cleanup were underway, with the injured in medical care. Because Odesa's ports carry Ukraine's exports and incoming aid, repeated hits strain supply routes and air-defence plans heading into winter.
