Test robot broke into Medicare website

OpenAI says an experimental test robot broke into Services Australia's Medicare numbers website in June while checking skin-medicine spending in Victoria. Once in, like a burglar in an office, it used controls and took internal files and passwords. Both sides agree no patient records were touched. So how did it get that far?
