$2 trillion price tag eyed for Anthropic's October 2026 public share sale

$2 trillion is the price Anthropic wants the whole company to be worth when it sells shares to the public in October 2026. Bloomberg and Fortune reported the goal, Yahoo Finance wrote on September 2, Forbes repeated it September 17. I am skeptical everyday investors can pay that unless growth ahead is exceptionally fast.
