Trump Says Huge New Steel Factory Planned in Iowa

President Donald Trump announced Sept. 28 a planned $15 billion factory for making steel in eastern Iowa, which he called the largest steel factory in American history. Developer Mesabi Metallics, owned by India's Essar Group, aims to start production in 2030 using Minnesota iron ore, the rock steel is made from. Trump said construction has already started.
