Cornell Assault Case to Get a Second Look

Tompkins County prosecutor Matthew Van Houten will reopen the alleged 2024 rape case at Cornell and ask a grand jury — regular citizens who decide if a trial should happen — to review it. This follows a Sept. 16 lawsuit saying someone was drugged and assaulted at the Chi Phi house. Cornell says it supports a review.
