Boat Carrying Fish Sellers Tips Over, Killing at Least 12

At least 12 people died Saturday night when a boat carrying more than 50 fish sellers turned over near Idjwi Island in Lake Kivu, South Kivu province. About 15 were saved, village chief Félix Habiragi said. Dozens are still missing. The boat was going from Bwina to Boza, local administrator Muhindo Ntambuka Pascal said.
