Tasia Fortune Was Dead Before Body Was Hung

Jackson police say 29-year-old Tasia Fortune was dead when her body was hung from a tree at an empty Jackson, Mississippi house. The cause-of-death doctor ruled her August death a killing by another person. Police say the scene was set up to mislead, and she may have been killed elsewhere and moved.
