Police Say Tasia Fortune Was Dead Before Body Was Hanged in Staged Homicide

Jackson police say 29-year-old Tasia Fortune was dead before her body was hanged from a tree at an abandoned home in Jackson, Mississippi. The medical examiner ruled the August death a homicide and investigators called the scene staged. Authorities believe she was possibly killed elsewhere before her body was moved.
