Fixing Venezuela's Top Court

Venezuela's two rival teams agreed Sept. 26, after a second meeting, to work on fixing the Supreme Court, the country's top court. Seven people will study how new judges, like referees, are picked, and both sides will keep reviewing laws for the fix. Jorge Rodriguez and Dinorah Figuera led the talks. They meet again next month.
