Venezuela's Government and Opposition Agree to Work Toward Supreme Court Reform

Venezuela's interim government and opposition agreed Sept. 26 to work toward reforming the Supreme Court of Justice after a second round of talks. They named a seven-member panel to review how court candidates are chosen and will keep reviewing laws needed for judicial overhaul. Delegations were led by Jorge Rodriguez and Dinorah Figuera. Next talks are scheduled next month.
