School Had No Safety Plan for Kirk Event

Utah Valley University released an outside review of the Sept. 10, 2025 courtyard event where Charlie Kirk, 31, was shot dead from a nearby roof. It found no written check for safety risks and no security plan. It says UVU let Turning Point USA make key choices, but no staff meant harm.
