Judge rules Rihanna home shooting suspect fit for trial

Judge Maria Cavalluzzi ruled Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, 36, mentally fit to stand trial at a Los Angeles County hearing on Sept. 29, saying "Criminal proceedings are reinstated" after months of psychiatric evaluations. Ortiz, held since her March arrest over the shooting at Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's Beverly Hills home, did not speak. She returns to court Wednesday.
