Ebola Outbreak in Congo Spreads to Two Border Areas

DR Congo's Bundibugyo Ebola outbreak — a virus — reached Bulu near the Central African Republic and Dungu near South Sudan, WHO said Sept. 25. Affected areas total 63 across seven provinces. As of Sept. 23, WHO reported 7,890 confirmed cases and 3,799 deaths, centered in Ituri. Border spread makes finding sick people, like a search, and cross-country teamwork harder.
