Philippines President Forgives Veloso After 15 Years

Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. fully forgave Mary Jane Veloso on September 25, 2026. Veloso spent nearly 15 years in Indonesia awaiting execution before returning to the Philippines in December 2024.
