SpaceX lists Starship Flight 14 for Sept. 28, 2026, from Starbase Pad 2 as expended, per its manifest. That means neither the Super Heavy booster nor Starship upper stage comes back. Liftoff window is 75 minutes from 7:15 a.m. CT, pending regulatory approval. I read this as sacrificing reusable hardware to gain extra payload to orbit.
