Trump Says Japan's Money Is Too Weak

Trump told Japan's leader Sanae Takaichi at their recent meeting he's worried the yen is too weak, finance chief Satsuki Katayama said Sept. 25. A weak yen means Japan pays more for things it buys, hurting families and small shops. U.S. acceptance of a stronger yen makes support more likely, but none announced.
