Iran offers to reopen oil route

Iran has told President Donald Trump it will reopen the Strait of Hormuz, the water road for oil ships, in six days and start talks on its nuclear program the next day, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said in New York. He is staying for a U.S. answer. Iran says China was asked and agrees.
