Iran offers Hormuz reopening, nuclear talks

Iran has told President Donald Trump it will reopen the Strait of Hormuz, the narrow lane for much oil trade, within six days and start nuclear talks the next day, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said in New York. Araghchi is staying for Washington's reply. Iran says China was consulted and backs the plan.
