Meta announced Meta VR Glasses at Connect 2026. It is a headset that fills your view for watching movies, playing games and working that rests on the ears like glasses. It weighs 100g, versus 515g for the Quest 3. Only the screen and sensors sit on the face. The computing runs in a separate box joined by a wire.
