Oil down again, hinting at cheaper gas ahead

Oil prices fell for a fourth straight day on Sept. 21, the Wall Street Journal reported. More oil is moving through the Strait of Hormuz, the narrow sea lane much of the world's oil uses, and talks calmed shortage fears. If oil stays cheap, driving and shopping could cost less, but shop prices fall slower than market prices.
